For and With Others Committee

Purpose:

This committee fulfills the divisional pillar that encourages lifelong learning and a commitment to developing our staff. It is the responsibility of this committee to create ongoing development for the divisional staff, providing opportunities for learning, networking and recognition within the Division of Student Life. The For and With Others Committee will:

Create a sustained formation program for new divisional staff
Lead staff development programming including DSL Staff Development Seminars and the Annual Symposium
Collaborate with the Embracing Inclusion Committee
Support the Divisional Awards, Networking and Connecting and the Staff Well-being Work Groups"
