The Staff Development Committee within the Division of Student Life began the tradition of annual awards in Student Life during the 2010-11 academic year. In the Fall of 2014, the Staff Development Committee merged into the For and With Others Committee (FWOC). FWOC was then responsible for requesting nominations and selecting awardees in an effort to recognize the exemplary individuals in our division. In the Fall of 2016, the Divisional Awards, Networking, and Connecting Work Group was formed as a subgroup of the FWOC. This work group is currently responsible for requesting nominations and selecting awardees in an effort to recognize the exemplary individuals in our Division.
