Staff who desire access to Banner (student information system) should complete the request form at myservices.creighton.edu.
- On myservices.creighton.edu select Services tab at the top.
- Select Accounts and Access and then Banner.
- Next select one of the following:
- Request Banner Finance Access
- Request Banner Student Access, or
- Request Access to CUBuyplus.
- Complete the form. There is a text field to request specific forms access
- Read the confidentiality agreement and check Yes, I agree.
- Type your name as a signature for the agreement.
- Click Submit.
