The Freshman Retreat is an opportunity for first year students to reflect on the challenges, questions, and new opportunities that come with the transition from High School to college.
This weekend retreat is centered around shared meals, shared prayer experiences, and small group conversations—creating an opportunity to build relationship with God, self, and others.
Although the retreat is shaped by our Jesuit, Catholic tradition, all persons (regardless of faith tradition) are invited and encouraged to partake in this weekend retreat.
The Fall Freshman Retreat is held within the serenity of nature at the Creighton Retreat Center in Griswold, IA. It will take place on the weekend of September 9-11, 2022.
Cost of the retreat is $75. Scholarships and financial assistance are available.
The Freshman Retreat is one of the most popular Campus Ministry retreats and past years spaces have filled quickly. We encourage students to register as soon as possible.
