SaLT: Salt and Light Leadership Team

SaLT is comprised of students who hold chief leadership positions in ministries offered throughout the academic year. These students meet weekly for time of reflection and prayer, formation in servant leadership, and time to plan for their ministries. 

Reflection and prayer is taken from themes in the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola or from themes relating to St. Ignatius' own pilgrimage after his conversion. Students are led through different forms and styles of prayer such as Ignatian Imaginative Prayer, Lectio Divina, Visio Divina, the Examen, etc.
