Creighton University's Student Counseling Services is committed to offering education and training in mindfulness, a well-researched stress-managment and wellness tool.  We invite you to explore the links to the left which offer a plethora of resources - informational videos and audio meditations.  In addition, we offer a drop-in Mindfulness Group throughout the term where you may come and experience the benefits of Mindfulness in person.  For more information about our ongoing groups, please click here.
