The College of Arts and Sciences has hired Susan Walsh as the Program Director for HAP. Susan is a Creighton alumna, having earned both her undergraduate degree in Nursing and her Master of Science in Health Services Administration from the university. She has been a healthcare leader in Omaha for over 22 years, most recently as Director of the Cardiac Service Line at Children's Hospital and Medical Center, and has taught in the HAP program since 2006. In addition, she has been a preceptor for HAP interns for 14 years. Her knowledge, skills, and enthusiasm will help the HAP Program improve and grow. In addition to teaching, she will take charge of the HAP internship program, create an alumni network, and advise majors.
